Incoming material inspection — wafers and leads

Wafer + lead lot QC — X-ray, dimensional, resistance pre-screening.

Wafer Dicing

Precision dicing of NTC, PTC and silicon chips in a controlled clean environment.

Lead Welding

Resistance and laser welding for sensor leads, AWG 26 / 24.

STAGE D

Encapsulation

Glass beads, epoxy coating, PTFE / fluoropolymer; injection moulding.

Insulation sleeving for sensor assemblies

STAGE E

Insulation & Sleeve

PTFE / shrink sleeves applied; SS316 sheath assembly for industrial probes.

STAGE F

Calibration · 0 → 300 °C

5-point R-T characterisation in stirred liquid baths against traceable reference standards.

STAGE G

Aging & Drift Test

300h continuous @ 200 °C. Drift verified < 0.02 °C before release.
