Winding-embedded temperature protection.
Embedded inside motor windings, our KTY silicon sensors and Pt100 RTDs monitor temperature in real time. When the winding approaches its insulation class limit, the sensor's response triggers the drive's protection circuit — preventing thermal damage to the insulation system and saving the motor.
From underfloor heating to heat-pump coils.
HVAC systems demand sensors that survive condensation, vibration and decades of cycling. Our injection-moulded moisture-proof underfloor heating sensor is now an industry benchmark; our stainless-steel sheathed probes handle liquid immersion in heat-pump refrigerant loops.

Cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters and coffee machines all share the same demand: predictable thermal cutoff for safety, accurate temperature sensing for performance. Our JB bimetal switches and coated NTCs carry the certifications appliance OEMs ask for.

Sterilisers, neonatal incubators, dialysis machines and IVD diagnostic instruments need temperature accuracy that is not just specified, but proven. Our medical-grade NTC and Class A Pt100 sensors ship with calibration data referenced against traceable Class A standards.
From PLC inputs to a 600 °C drive enclosure.
PLCs, frequency drives, process controllers and robotic actuators put temperature sensors through real abuse: vibration, EMI, chemical exposure, and broad ambient swings. 3-wire and 4-wire RTDs cancel cable resistance for long runs; SS316 sheaths survive plant-floor chemistry.
